I bought a Polar White Strat HSS with a Pau Fero fretboard for a discounted price of $49, which was a steal. The finish is flawless, the fretboard is very smooth, and it's easy to move up and down the neck. I also bought the Fender locking tuners, which I'll install when I first change strings. The stock tuners are great, but these will make string changes a little quicker. I have locking tuners on my Les Paul, and I really like them.

Quality was excellent, especially for the price. sound is superb, weight is nice, neck feels nice, frets are a good size (medium jumbo). I was concerned about the pau ferro fret board, but it looks sharp (use a little lemon oil to darken it). The only complaint is one fret end was just a touch high, i hit with a file and no more problem. Overall a great purchase at a great price!

Just received my new Fender Strat and if you are worried about shipping damage. Don't be. Mine came double boxed and in pefect condition. This guitar was built with pride. It has great action and sound. The stock strings are better than i expected. It's beautiful!
